I genuinely appreciate every order I get, and you can be assured I take pride in my work and create the highest quality pieces for you.
Please keep in mind that everything is handmade and may differ slightly from the images.
Items are made to order and are posted via Royal Mail. Details of my processing times are on each listing.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns or exchanges for:
Custom or personalised orders,
Ashes orders,
Digital downloads,
Items on sale.
Conditions of return
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I would be grateful if you would return your items via recorded or tracked post, this is for your peace of mind, and mine. This is not a requirement of law, this is a courtesy request.
Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason are exempt from the returns policy.
Return postage will be paid by the customer if the order is no longer wanted. If the reason for the return is my responsibility, return postage will be paid by Vivid Lux Glass.
