Buying from me

I am an artist and designer of thirty years, my two passions are painting and jewellery making. All my pieces are handmade by me in my 19th century terraced cottage in the heart of the South Downs National Park.
I use 100% recycled silver for my creations and ethically sourced gems.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

If you are having any problems with your purchase we encourage you to contact us via email first.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns and refunds on earrings..
Any returns items must be undamaged an in their original packaging and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for returns that get lost or undelivered.
Refunds will be made once the item has arrived with us and inspected.
