All items are sold as seen and have been designed solely by myself.
All cards, tags and bookmarks have been painted, handmade and designed solely by myself, photos have been taken solely by myself and then sent to printer companies to print.
Some of my handmade items are one off items that can’t be replicated. I not only can design and make duplicate items but I can also repurpose old materials and turn them into new items..
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
All items are sold as seen and therefore unless they arrive damaged and proof can be provided a refund will not be offered.
All products are sent out via Royal mail tracked - if they do not arrive, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can check via the tracking service. If after 30 days the item cannot be traced then a replacement or full refund will be offered
