Fine Chessboards and Woodwork, handmade in my small Bo'ness workshop

I make chessboards using precious wood veneers like Walnut and Oak Burr, Santos Rosewood and Birdseye Maple, that I handcut and painstakingly assemble and glue together to form one of a kind chessboards!
With the offcuts I then make various bookmarks and matching chess pieces.
It takes me weeks to complete a chessboard and about as long to make matching pieces so it's always sad to see my babies go but I'm also very happy when they find a new loving home!
I can make personalised Bookmarks, and am open to talk about any Chess Set projects!
