Everything in my shop is designed and handmade by me. I want to make sure you get your glass as quickly as possible so always dispatch within a few days but if you need your order quickly just let me know.

I love getting creative with orders so I'm totally up for commissions! Drop me a message and let's chat about your ideas. Custom orders will take longer to dispatch as they are made to order.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
