As well as premade items I take orders for custom made orders or personalised items, please contact me for further information. Because custom orders are made to order they take longer to ship, so an estimation will be given when the order is placed. All stock items will be shipped within 2 working days.
If your order is a present, for a small additional fee, they can be wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a beautiful black gift box.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
