Buying from me
The roses and daisies on all items are handpainted by me. I use Craftmaster enamel paints.
I purchase some items new to paint on and other items are upcycled. If an item is upcycled, it will always be clearly labeled as such.
I aim to post items as soon as possible after purchase and will post all items within 3 days of purchase.
I am happy to discuss commissioned items, so if there is something you particularly want that is not in my shop, do get in touch and I'll see if I can help.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
