Buying from me

I aim to send out items promptly, either on day of purchase or next day.
Commissions will take longer; if you are interested in having something made just for you, please get in touch and I will see what I can do.
Since GPRS I can only sell older, previously listed stock to EU as I do not sell enough to pay for an EU representative, so if you are interested in anything please ask if it falls into the right category.
Any items with a value if over £20 will be sent by a tracked method.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
