Buying from me
Shades: unless otherwise specified, I make my shades to order. Please allow seven working days for your item to be made (it's usually a lot quicker than this, I'll keep you informed) and another 2-3 days to arrive by Royal Mail 48 tracked.
Jewellery: items will be shipped within three working days by Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter post.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
