Buying from me
Most of my larger items are made to order, which is why it takes between 5 and 7 days to post. However, I try to fulfil orders as quickly as possible and will usually post before then. If you would like an item urgently, then please do message me and I will do my best to get it in the post as soon as possible. Cards and small items are sent out within 3 days. All items are sent 2nd class, and I try to reuse packaging as much as possible.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
