Made to order items have a turnaround of 10-14 days, but will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Ready to post items will be dispatched within 5 working days (usually sooner).
All Items will be presented in an Organza bag with a pillow box for gifting, or choose the upgrade to a gift box.
Postage is by Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for post.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
