Buying from me

When you buy a Peony Bay Handmade product I want you to love it as much as I do!

I will wrap your item in paper and post it either in a mailing bag or a recycled cardboard mailing box. I reuse packing materials. I keep packaging to a minimum to reduce waste but your items will still be pretty!

I post Royal Mail Signed For so that items are tracked for our security. I will let you know when I’ve posted your item and supply you with the tracking number.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Earrings are non refundable for hygiene reasons.
