As you'll learn if you read my 'about me' page I've been sewing for many years but more recently exploring other fabric art such as weaving and macrame. A few months back I went into a wonderful fabric shop in my local city and just looking at all the wonderful, colourful fabrics made me want to start sewing again. I wanted to create beautiful items, but things that could be used and enjoyed regularly, so settled on bags. I have enjoyed making the ones in this shop so much, and there are many more to come, so do be sure to pop back to check for new creations whenever you can.

Full description
This bright and cheerful crossbody/shoulder bag is made from a beautiful multi-coloured leaf and contrasting blue fabric and is a ‘one off’, you won’t find another one like it! The contemporary design has pale blue, bright blue, ochre and beige coloured leaves on a white background, and the contrasting fabric is bright blue. There is a small pocket at the front with a further contrasting fabric of pale ochre leaves on a white background finished with a yellow button (magnetic clasp hidden underneath). There is an outside zip pocket on the other side which is roomy enough to drop keys and a phone into, or anything else you may need to reach for quickly. The inside is lined with a green fabric and further pockets made from the contrasting leaf fabric. The bag has been finished off with a blue snap fastener in the middle at the top, and has an adjustable strap made from the front pocket contrasting fabric. Measurements: approx 13" wide at the top, tapering slightly towards the bottom, 9.5" high and bottom width of approx 3.5".
