Full description
This embroidered poem, crafted by Wendy Cope in 1945, tells the story of a man who, for various reasons, never gifted his wife flowers. The artwork features a range of garden blooms, such as sunflowers, bluebells, and pansies, brought to life through a mix of stitches. This small vibrant handmade piece is sure to enliven any space, infusing your home with the brightness of spring.
The page is 21cm by 14cm and the backing is calico cotton fabric. It comes unframed.
