Full description
This is the classic game of Tic Tac Toe / Noughts and Crosses made as a wooden keepsake version. The board has an abstract green watercolour base which has been printed onto 3mm maple ply and the grid has been laser cut from 3mm walnut ply.
The playing pieces are squares with images of a mountain and a wave, this is a nod to the Aberdeenshire tagline of "From Mountain to Sea" in reference to the River Dee which begins in the Cairngorm mountains flows through Aberdeenshire and out to the North Sea at Aberdeen.
The board measures 9 x 9cm square and the playing pieces are 2 X 2cm, all have been hand finished with 2 coats of a protective layer. The playing pieces come in a small drawstring bag for easy portability.
Due to the small pieces this is not suitable for small children,
