PHOTOGRAPH - I took this photograph at a Classic Car Rally, East Sussex in August 2024

HISTORY - The Rolls Royce Silver Shadow was a replacement to the Silver Cloud and was the first monocoque chassis/body for the company. It was smaller than the Silver Cloud but through better design offered the same interior space and luxury. It was produced from 1965 to 1980 and overall had a production run of 30,000. The Mk1 had a V8 6.2 litre engine was made from 1965 to 1973 and the Mk2 engine size was increased to 6.75litre and was made from 1973 to 1980

(We photograph and design the illustrations we use on our products. Any trade marks, or names used are for descriptive purposes only and DO NOT imply any connection with the companies involved and we have no intention of impugning their brand.)
