Full description
Original watercolour of a twining blackberry vine with flowers, buds and fruit. The large letter B is covered in 24 carat pure gold leaf. This item is listed under the sale section as some of the gold leaf is uneven. This is only evident very close up and doesn't detract from the beauty and gleam of the gold.
A4 size with an A4 mount in ivory. I have not affixed the art to the mount in case you wish to change or remove the mount.
Makes an ideal and unusual gift for gardeners, flower lovers, autumn birthdays.
In folklore, Blackberries are considered to have magical properties, including fertility and protection.
