Small 10-12, medium 12-14, large 16-18, and X-Large size 20-22.The length is above- the-knee. The waistband has an elastic inside. washable with matching delicate colours. The length is (16”) with 3 layers of dress net,each consisting of 2 tiers,and a soft polyester underskirt. Edged in a delicate ivory bias trim
