I have a great many of these busy birds nesting under the eaves in my house. They also roost there in winter, so we get to see them all year round. In the spring their plumage really looks beautiful,with that iridescent shine. They do make a lot of noise though, as well as messing my washing!

Full description
A drypoint engraving with added watercolour on cartridge paper. It shows a colourful starling in his courting feathers and is in a double mount to complement. This original, hand coloured print measures 5x7 inches, ready for a standard 8x10 frame.
