Just a few sprays over your pillow area and this gentle blend of Calming and Relaxing essential oils will assist you to wind down and help you to sleep.
This can also be used for meditation or stressful times.
It is a great little spray to keep close to hand and I have one in my handbag and one beside my bed.
This is a lovely gift for someone who may be going through a difficult time.
And it is safe for anyone over 3 years old.

Hamamelis (Witch Hazel)
Distilled Water
Chamomile Roman
Lavender
Sweet Orange
A couple of sprays over pillow area or into the area you are resting.
