I am afraid that I cannot accept returns of any items that are custom made to order to the customer's own specifications. In addition, for any items returned that are not faulty, the customer is responsible for paying return postage (non-refundable).

Part of my brand new collection of House Coloured Remembralls!
Inspired by the Remembrall sent to Neville Longbottom by his Gran...but designed for the more intelligent, discerning Ravenclaw!
I make these gorgeous baubles by hand. The Remembrall features mystical etch-effect patterns, including the Raven logo, and "old gold" banding. Inside, I have created a blue smoke effect - the sign that the Remembrall's owner has forgotten something.
The bauble is 8cm diameter, and completed with matching gold ribbon.
Each Remembrall I make is unique, so patterns will vary!
(Please note that this item is not a toy, and neither it, nor its contents, should be given to a child. Please also note that the locket catch is small and delicate, and must be handled carefully.)
