You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

These shimmering seaside inspired earrings are perfect for summer days and holidays.
They are made with surgical steel earring wires and rubber wire stops and are finished with an aluminium hand hammered rectangle drop with a gorgeous seashell charm on top. The backs of the rectangle drops are also hammered so the sun will catch these earrings and even shimmer from behind.
The hammered texture behind the charm is inspired by the sun glinting off the sea.
The hammered texture on the rectangle is hand stamped by myself, then polished to make it shimmer and then the earrings are put together.
The hammered rectangle drop is made of aluminium which is lightweight, low allergen and non tarnish. It is 16mm x 5mm in size and is 1.3mm in thickness.
Each piece is stamped by hand, making each item bespoke, the process of hand stamping involves force and as such can sometimes leave indentations on the reverse of the piece or slight marks around the stamp site. The depth and spacing of words, numbers and designs may vary due to the nature of the process.
These are not defects but adds to the charm whilst also giving the piece a hand made bespoke feel.
No two items will ever be exactly the same and that's something to be celebrated!
My pieces come in pretty gift wrapping with a small polish cloth and care instructions.
