My Mum is a brilliant knitter (she is 85) and actually knits the items I design the patterns for. I then stitch them up (I love sewing) add the buttons and photograph.

HAND KNITTED French Style Wrap Over Baby's Cardigan 0-3 months in Mustard/Ochre cotton knit wool
Hand knitted and hand made using cotton knit wool.
Cardigan ties with button holes and wooden buttons.
Has mustard velvet ribbon tie inside to keep it together.
Traditional and lovely
