I love to design fabric panels and thought making them in smaller sizes would be a good option for crafters

Full description

I love to design images to print onto fabric, usually they are around A6 size but I decided to make some smaller so you can choose to use them in another way.

The panel measure 5x7.5cm and can be cut down into 4 images. The images have been professionally printed onto a cotton satin mix fabric, is washable an can be easily sewn by hand or machine. My main reason for making them so small was because I feel visible mending is going to become a big things in fashion, a variation on the Japanese art of kintsugi where you repair things in an obvious way to highlight the history of the object.

I have added a fusible backing to the panel so you can choose to iron the fabric panel onto your textile project so it reduces the chance of the images looking buckled if only sewn on.

You can decorate the image edges, make a frame with ribbons, bias binding, embroidery or other embellishments.

Images include a postcard, a boat, a baby and roses, all in pale sepia or black and white colours.

Last photo shows a peeled corner of the removable paper backing.
