The smaller bears love having an adventure through my book of fairies and Lottie is really enjoying herself in the Lily pond and searching for fairies among the flowers.
Lottie is a 5 inch tall bear made from a short pile Schulte mohair fabric with boiled wool paw pads. She has English glass eyes stitched in to sculpt her face and embroidered nose and claws. To make her posable she has a tiny nut and bolt joint in her neck and is thread jointed to all limbs.
Although the weather is improving she still needs a jacket and this is hand knitted with a crocheted edging. To complete the look she has a crocheted Forget me not to wear on her head and this just slips over her ear with a loop. I think she looks good with or without her outfit.
Please note this is a collectable bear and not suitable for young children to play with.
I will post Lottie via Royal Mail 24 hour tracked wrapped in tissue paper and safely inside a clean reused box.
