Full description
This elegant, with a touch of “fun”, pearl necklace is made with a mixture of approx 6mm rice and potato shapes pearls and has been manually hand knotted with silk thread using only a pair of tweezers as a tool.
I like the mixture of colours and shapes - which remind me of the summer - and of course, the silk thread which adds that beautiful fluidity when the necklace moves.
The necklace is approx 45cm/18" long and would be suitable for either everyday wear or for a special occasion and will match many coloured outfit.
This necklace is made with a toggle clasp which make it easy to put on and take off even if you have nobody is around to help you. I always add three small beads either side of the clasp as I find that it helps me holding the necklace. Metal beads and clasp are 14K Gold filled giving longer lifespan than plated gold.
Free UK Royal Mail delivery and necklace will come in an organza gift bag
This necklace can be made with sterling silver and in other length. Please contact me with any query you may have
As most other online selling platforms charge sellers a minimum of 10% commission, and Folksy only charges 6%, I decided to align my “commission” with other platforms by donating 4% of the value of each item sold from my Folksy shop to Share Portsmouth. A local independent charity (Registration 1200905) which promotes sustainable lifestyle based on community support. I have no association to this charity but admire and support their ethos
