I wanted to design a slick, neat, original garden trug that could be used as a planter. I wanted it to show attractive joinery and no mechanical fixings so after some hours in CAD I came up with the slatted design with a tenon handle. Who said pine couldn't be stylish?

Full description
An original design, beautifully handmade garden basket suitable for use as a garden trug, or as a small planter in the kitchen or on the window sill. The baskets are made from pine, with chamfered slats and a tenon handle design. The handle and trim are stained with a dark oak.
The dimensions are:
L: 360mm W:240mm H:300
I currently have two made and will continue to make them to order. (If you want to use them as a planter, I would recommend lining them Even though they are water repellent, they are not water tight and I wouldn't want it leaking all over your kitchen tops!)
