This is a length of rare thin tube millinery crinoline.
Plain woven crinoline braid, in a springy weave, made from Nylon
It can be used to decorate a hat or fascinator.
Colour - Aqua/ Pink/ Lilac - Unicorn Ombre
Width - 7 mm wide
Length - approx 1.50 m
100% Nylon
