Swallows, wonderful aviators that certainly put on a show. Are they giving their wings a stretch .. maybe. Nearly all species of these birds feed on the same types of prey – flying insects. So their agility in the sky is paramount. I love using professional watercolour paints as they give you the vibrancy and depth needed for fun pieces like this.

Spring time in the UK means the swallows return and what a welcome return it is. They are a joy to see in the sky with their wonderful and graceful daily 'shows'.
