I have been experimenting with wet felting dishes and wanted to create a plate which had different uses.

Full description
This vibrant sunburst dish has been made with wool using the wet felting process. Orange & golden merino wool and sari silk have been felted to create the dish with its central sun pattern. It has then been embellished with orange embroidery thread to highlight the patterns.
The dish measures 32cm across and approx 100cm in diameter.
It would make a beautiful statement piece on its own or on a table with a vase of flowers on it, or you can you use it to put a dish with fruit or as a mat.
