New Fairy tale and Fable Dolls, each a OOAK and will not be repeated. I will revisit the theme but in a different way each time. I hope you like them xx
Please enjoy browsing and should you buy a doll she will be packaged in an organza bag. I have been given literally hundreds and will use them until they run out rather than let them go to landfill. Also I have been asked why I don't often repeat combinations of fabric with the dolls. It is because I tend to buy remnant stock where I can, tiny pieces of fabric that are too small for most people to use. So often I have only enough to make one doll. Piccadilly Poplin is a lovely alternative to tana lawn. Slightly heavier weight with a lovely drape and great prints. Just loved this fabric, so froggy and so bright.

Full description
Roswitha is a tiny river frog dressed in lovely William Morris poplin called Corncockle. She has white broderie anglais drawers with coral cotton and white tulle petticoats.
She has fennel and rosemary in her stuffing, hand painted and embroidered features. She has a piece of river glass at her heart from the Yarrow and is finished with tiny buttons, a sampler pillow with strong leather galoshes for stomping down by the river
.
She stands just nine inches with a brass ring to her back in case you want to hang her on the wall.
Sadly she is not suitable for children and is only for decorative purposes. I hope you like her xx
