Being interested in nature and Fairy tales especially the illustrations, I was inspired to make a small version of a Fairy house in 3 D textured and brightly coloured.

Made by Penarth Ceramics by hand using the modelling method, the making of this fairy mushroom house come red spotted toadstool was inspired by Children's fairy tale book illustrations. Features a brown wood textured door with gold door knob, door surrounded with orange stones, ceramic grass, a brick textured chinmey with a pot, a stone textured garden path and pebble textured effect, a small red spotted mushroom, 3 arched windows, a creeping plant in a pot and a dormer style roof or cap with a window. All hand painted. Having a glossy finish. Felted at the bottom.
