Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

THIS IS AN UNPAINTED RESIN MODEL. You will need to prepare, assemble, and prime the model prior to painting.
Most models come in separate parts, eg. model and base, and statues are almost always provided in multiple pieces. This makes transport of the models much safer and less prone to breakage. I will remove supports and cure the models before postage; please note that some small nodules and pock marks may still be present and will need to be removed and cleaned up before painting.
I will do my best to keep you informed of the progress of your order from beginning to postage, but please do understand that I process a lot of orders and deal with a lot of messages - if you don't hear from me, please feel free to drop me a message and I'll let you know how things are going with your order.
Shipping times are approximate and depend on multiple factors, such as the volume of orders currently being worked on, reliability of printers and availability of parts and resin.
Printed in 14K resolution. I use Anycubic Photon 5 and 7 series printers as well as Elegoo Mars 5 series printers. I use Anycubic Abs-like Pro and Anycubic Texture resin.
The model was designed by Hardwitch studio. I am licensed to sell prints of their designs.
