Our knitted wire art kit comes with handmade acrylic i-cord and steel wire which can be used to make knitted wire names, signs or shapes.
In each kit you will find steel wire which can be shaped easily into your desired design. There are plenty of youtube videos and downloadable templates available on the internet so the options are unlimited. You will also find our handmade acrylic i-cord. Each measure of i-cord comes with ends sealed but can easily be altered to the size needed for your craft project.
Tools not included in your kit but you may find useful are wire cutters, pliers, scissors and a wool needle.
The wire art names photographed are examples of what you could make and are not included in the kits. If you are looking for a finished knitted name then we also sell these in our shop or please drop us a message.
We make all our kits to order and they are available in 20 different colours. In the photos you can see the range of colours we have available and the colour names for you to select from the drop down menu. Please note that the colours may vary slightly from what you can see on your screen due to colour settings on your monitor or device.
We have kits available in 1m, 2m and 3m lengths. We usually find that a 3 or 4 letter name can be made from 1m and a longer name will need 2 or 3m (depending on how curly and swirly your chosen font is!)
