Inspired by my family heritage of fishermen out at sea.
The swallow was said to guide them safely home after a catch.

Full description
A hand printed swallow in the style of a traditional nautical tattoo. Complete with a scroll with the sailor's phrase 'Hold Fast', meaning hang on tight (during a storm).
This piece is a lino print, designed, hand carved and printed by me. It measures approx. 13.5 x 13.5 cm square.
It is shipped safely secured in a board backed envelope.
Whilst I have tried to photograph this piece as accurately as possible, there may be some variation in colour from the original due to different monitor settings.
Sorry to say I am unable to ship outside of the UK at the moment due to high taxes and silly paperwork!
