Full description
I have handcrafted this little decorative trinket dish from air dry clay, it is decorated with an embossed triskel, an ancient celtic symbol. There are many meanings to this symbol including, life, death, rebirth, movement, connection, the three elements, the three worlds, family, spirituality, triple goddess and the holy trinity in some circles.
8cm in diameter
I have hand painted celtic symbols around the circumference of the dish in gold and the edges of the dish are also finished in gold wax.
I have painted the centre with a verdigris green and finished the embossed triskel in gold wax,. The look is deliberately to evoke the effect of old pottery
This is a perfect size for a hall table to hold keys, in the bedroom for holding rings, earrings etc.
It is suitable for both men and women and is a lovely unique gift
The dish has been finished with a couple of coats of matt varnish to protect the artwork.
It comes with a pouch and is tissue wrapped and boxed.

Air dry clay is extremely durable and if looked after will last for years, clean with a duster or slightly damp lint free cloth
The dish is painted grey on the back and is signed.
