I was asked by a customer if I had ever thought to make handbags from Leather. Having grown my experience and confidence on my bag making journey, I thought that I would give it a try. I am extremely pleased with my 1st attempt, but the proof is in the pudding as the saying goes.....lets see what you think.

Full description
Perfectly Imperfect Real Leather Moroccan Blue Handbag, with Metallic Tiffany Blue splash.
Hardware rainbow colour. This bag is lined with a pretty cotton lining, has an internal zipped pocket and a divided leather slip pocket, also has an integrated key fob attachment and a secure zip closure.
This is the first time I have attempted to sew with real Leather and whilst my trusty workhorse of a sewing machine, coped admirably, there are slight imperfections in the makeup of this bag.
The leather has a luxurious buttery feel with a dollaro pebble grain finish, the metallic flash has a bright shiny appearance.
The top rim of the bag is slight bulging due to the thickness of the leather and top edge stitching is not as close to the edge as i would like it to be. The handle attachments are slightly off center, hence the perfectly imperfect heading.
This bag will normally retail for £155.00, however i will just be charging for the cost of the leather and the hardware.
Approximate size of this bag is 7.5"h x 10"w, with a gusset width of 2".
