Full description
Four novelty vintage buttons - a daisy and two white roses, plus a round red button with pretty flower-like curved lines. Ideal for textile art projects or general crafting.
Perfectly imperfect - these vintage preloved buttons have some discoloration and marks that I have been unable to fully clean off. Signs of use and wear is not unusual with old buttons but this is greater than I normally sell. However they are so pretty I don't want them to go unused.
All four buttons are plastic, and have small shanks. I think they are from the 1950s, but they could be retro 80s.
The daisy is 1.5cm diameter and has a golden yellow centre ringed with red, and four shaped white petals. The lines that add texture have accumulated the worse discolouration.
The white rose buttons are 8mm stud buttons, like in shape. Both look a little discoloured, with some small scuff marks.
The round red button is 1cm, and is in good condition.

The Old Button collection - over the years many beautiful buttons have been passed down to me by family members or gifted to me by friends. Others I have sourced locally from antique and pre-loved stores.
Each button is carefully sorted and cleaned, and carefully sewn to card tags to help protect them.
