Full description
Pottery budgerigar couple bowl. There is a tiny hand modelled pair of pink birds, handpainted mirror for them to gaze in and coloured splatters.
This bowl on in the PERFECTLY IMPERFECT SALE as the budgie has lifted slightly on firing but it is sound and useable and difficult to see.
Made in my studio from white clay, then bisque fired. Once the dish was hand-painted it was dipped in clear glaze and fired again. There is a stamp on the base along with a couple of blue heart.

Height approx 9.5 cm
As these bowls are hand-made, there may be slight variations in glaze and form, so they have a made by hand quality.
Is suitable for the dishwasher, although hand washing advised to reduce risk of chipping.
