Full description
This is a book of 3 patterns, giving you 4 characters for your first bear or softie projects. You ll have a complete list of everything you need, step-by-step, straightforward instructions and diagrams, and of course the stuffed bear patterns themselves.
You ll have:
Big Bear a bear making bear pattern on a big scale, which makes sewing the fiddly bits easier. Great for beginners, Big Bear is 12 (30cm) when sitting and will fit baby clothes for a 12month old child when made from the pattern as it s presented here.
Hetty the Elephant. An artist bear style elephant, she s a sweet variation in teddy bear making. She has no head gusset or paw pads to sew in, so she s easy for the beginner bear maker.
Roxy RabbitBetty Bear give you 2 bear patterns. Just by changing the ears, you change the character an artist bear pattern and an artist rabbit alter ego. She has a sweet little face, and matching ear and paw pads. She has a little dress included in the pattern.
The patterns don t need enlarging just print onto A4 paper, cut out, sew and say hello to your new friends.
I ve been making bears and their friends from recycled fabric since 2011 and I m self-taught. So I ve written these instructions as I would have liked them when I was new to bear making.
Please note the terms and conditions for these patterns:
DONT' FORGET! If you like quirky, handmade gifts for yourself and others, that come with a rescuedrecycled theme, please have a look at the other departments in the shop
