This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.

This is only a guide and as long as a bird can enter the box they may well nest there.
Install the nest box approx 3 metres high facing North or North- East with a clear visible flight path in and out of the box.
The nest box is made from 21mm thick Redwood fsc certified and the box is constructed using rust resistant screws and waterproof glue.
Size of box: 270mm (H) x 143mm (W) x 250mm (D) Exterior measurements.
The interior of the nest box (below the entrance hole) has a built in ladder which helps the young chicks get from the nest to the exit hole when they are ready to fledge and to make sure the birds keep warm and dry drainage holes are drilled in to the base of the nest.
We offer two types of fixings for our nest boxes, either by way of a top bracket that can be screwed to a tree, post, wall etc or using the four screw in eyes (two on each side of the box) attaching a coated piece of wire and wrapping this round a tree or post.
Each nest box is given a coat of water based light stain wood protection and a coat of water based satin clear varnish if you wish nest boxes can be supplied unfinished but if so any paint/varnish applied must be water based as other types of paint are harmful to the birds.
