Hi and welcome to The Old Button Supplies, where I sell stunning fabrics and haberdashery.
I also have another shop on Folksy - The Old Button Sews - selling beautiful gifts designed and sewn by me, together with some lovely craft kits.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

I use Royal Mail services and post out my craft supplies using Second Class as standard.
If you would like your parcel delivered quicker or tracked please add this listing to your order. You only need to add it once, no matter how many items you are ordering.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed next day service, though most orders do arrive within a couple of days.
This is a tracked service, and you should receive email notifications from Royal Mail to the address you used on Folksy. I will also email you the tracking number after I have dispatched the item - note this will come from The Old Button Supplies email, not Folksy.
NOTE - the time for delivery is after the item has been dispatched. My standard dispatch time is within 3 working days, but most are posted within 1-2 days. If you urgently need your parcel sent the next day, please add a note when you add the upgrade and I will see what I can do.
I have a second shop on Folksy THE OLD BUTTON SEWS - where I post all items using Tracked 24 as standard. If you are buying from both shops at the same time, you don't need to add this upgrade. Just drop me a note when you order and I will combine the parcels and ship T24 at the postal rate cost shown in the Old Button Sews shop order.
