Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Ayup me duckies!
These beautiful natural ebony wood and copper rings have been lovingly and carefully crafted in the Midlands.
We utilise wood veneer and copper pipe that would usually be sent to scrap, to create the unique rings you see.
Each ring is one of a kind with grains individual to the wood species used and the ring itself.
All our rings are protected in a high quality laquer to preserve the details of the ring and protect against any skin discolouration from the copper. Over time this laquer will deteriorate, we can guide you how to re-apply it yourself or you can send it to us, at the cost of shipping to yourself, and we will re-laquer it for you free of charge.
Due to each ring being made individually, they do vary slightly in colour and grain from what is pictured. We will happily send a picture of your exact ring before despatch if you so wish.
We are restricted by size due to the internal diameter of the copper. All the rings are size UK V (20.4mm) and 6mm in thickness. Unfortunately we don't offer other sizes at this time.
