Sometimes it’s nice to send a little something just to let someone know that you are thinking of them. My little “Just because” hearts are the perfect way to let someone know you care.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
Payment via PayPal or card. All items will be carefully wrapped and posted 2nd class within 3 days of cleared funds. Please let me know if an item is urgent & will endeavour to esculate delivery. I pay a lot of attention to the presentation of my work but in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied I can arrange a refund. The item would need to be returned in its original packaging within 7 days. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any queries.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
A gorgeous handmade glass heart, sent with a personalised message, with love!
This heart is made from a vibrant piece of red glass. The glass is cut and ground by hand and fired in my kiln to soften the edges and give it an amazing shine. It is approx 5cm and hangs on a length of jute.
Included is a little note made from handmade paper - on one side it reads “With Love…” and I can add a personal message to the other side or it can be left blank.
The heart and note will be wrapped in soft tissue and shipped directly to your loved one with a message on the envelope saying, “Not to be opened until 14th February!”
Please just add your personal message and delivery details when you place the order and I will do the rest.
