Full description
Hand embroidered textile vessel. The design is based on the waves and undulations of tree bark.
The repurposed fabric has been hand painted with acrylic which stiffens the textile.
A glass jar (not supplied ) can be placed inside to hold water turning it into a unique flower vase. Most jam jars etc. will fit inside the 16 cm tall 8 cm textile piece.
Wire wrapped with thread reinforces the rim and the cut out area so that it keeps it’s shape and stands rigid.
It will be posted with padding inside and will need just a little straightening up.
