Inspired by the colours of the ocean, this sun catcher contains crystals, glass beads and fragments of sea glass. The idea came to me whilst foraging for natural driftwood on Elmer Beach, West Sussex. Made with sparkling crystal pendants to add light and colour, I wrapped loops of rope onto the wood to give it a true nautical theme.

This seashore-themed sun catcher is made with natural driftwood, threaded with 4 strands of beads in sea-green, beige, white, aquamarine and glittering blue to reflect the colours of a beach.
Each strand is fixed with brass-plated screw-eyes, making perfect for outdoor use and finished with 2 crystal pear shaped prisms.
Hang it in a sunny spot to enjoy sparkles of sunlight and showers of rainbow prisms as it catches the light.
Measures 19cm x 37cm x 4cm.
