Following a workshop with Mark Smith, I have developed and adapted his techniques to my own style. I love to make these houses as the combination of colours, marks and build is almost endless making each one unique.

Hand built, stoneware house. Decorated with slips, heart plaque and embossed marks. An oxide wash highlights the decorated surface. Mounted on a stained block of wood. Approx 17 x 16cm
