ALL items are fully handmade by myself from my home, and will be sent to you as soon as possible via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Sending via tracked 48 mail ensures safe delivery to you and your fluffy best friends x. I will of course send you the Tracking Number for your records once your order has been posted. Please just add the Upgrade to Tracked 24 option (just add it once) to your cart if you would like to receive your order a little quicker .
Items will be dispatched wrapped in a white tissue paper; please do let me know if you order multiple items for gifts, and I will wrap them separately for you x

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
This is a lovely soft red and grey fabric tartan messenger bag, with a padded fleece inside to give it a bit of body and softness. It has a silky grey sateen fabric interior which compliments the grey tones in the exterior, which is a polyester cotton mix fabric.
This bag has a 1 inch grey cotton webbing strap with chunky silver hardware and is fully adjustable; perfect for wearing across the body or on the shoulder.
The front pocket is ideal for popping your phone inside and the main compartment features a sewn in security cord for keeping your keys attached to your bag via the lobster clasp attached. There are no pockets inside this one. The front flap closes over with a silver magnetic clasp.
The exterior of the bag measures approximately:
Height of bag: 24cm or 9.5 inches
Width of bag: 21cm or 8.25 inches
Base depth of bag: 4cm or 1.5 inches
All my items are all handmade so the exact measurements may vary item to item by just a little.
Please note: This bag is not made with a waterproof fabric! It has been sprayed with a fabric water shield spray to help protect it a little, but is not made from my usual more water resistant fabrics I use to make the doggy treat bags.
This bag will be sent out as a small parcel via Tracked 48 Royal Mail.
