You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

A beautiful and unique gift for Valentines day, this candle is part of my 'hybrid' range which means the top part of the candle which contains crumble and wax shapes are wax melts. These are to be burned separately from the candle itself, which gives my customers a 2 in 1 experience.
Each candle is made to order and no two candles will look the same, please allow up to 7 days for me to make and ship your candle. This is my small 20CL jarcandle which holds approximately 150ML of wax.

My wax is: Sourced from small holders in Asia, Renewable and sustainable crop Not from GM crops, No Palm, Vegan Friendly (No Beeswax) and Additive free.
Where possible I source my products from the UK, all of my glitters are biodegradable and safe to use in candles and I only use the highest quality fragrances which give off a lovely scent throw.
