There is no greater thrill than sitting over a bowl of cornflakes and there's a thunk on the window and you look up and a robin has joined you for breakfast. I love making - using my hands to create something beautiful and useful has always been my short cut to happiness. When I started selling these bird feeders I was delighted by the enthusiastic response. Customers really appreciated their uniqueness, their pleasing shape and their zero waste credentials. The bird feeders are also a delightful solution to a need for a 9th anniversary gift.

This beautiful and useful bird feeder has been made for you here in Nottingham. It is made from naturally beautiful willow and it can be hung from a tree or fixed to a window with the enclosed sucker. It can then be filled with suet balls (2 are included to start you off) and the small birds will come to feed whilst you can enjoy watching them as you potter in the garden (a great way to encourage robins) or enjoy their visits from the warmth of your home.
This window bird feeder is perfect for those who whose mobility is limited and spend most of the day indoors
The bird feeder is 20cm in diameter and is the brown version with bark on, woven with a willow variety called Salix Black Maul.
Willow is the traditional gift for a 9th wedding anniversary.
This bird feeder is made from natural materials. Eventually they will all return to nature (except the sucker which is fortunately re-useable) so it's a lovely zero waste, planet friendly choice.
The bird feeder comes wrapped in tissue, with 2 suet bird food balls . This means it's ready to go as a gift and can be posted directly to the recipient - just remember to put their name and address in the delivery section. Don't forget to include a message too!
